Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another notification containing your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible under our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $4.99 for orders under $50 (Free for orders over $50)

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $9.99

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day — $19.99
    Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST to qualify for overnight delivery.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

International Shipping

Our Shipping Policy also applies to international orders. We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 10–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–14 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local government. These charges are not included in shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance regarding your order and our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Delays
