Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

Refunds

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

  • Return items in their original condition and packaging

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

VAT & Taxes — EU Customers

Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

For orders shipped to European Union countries:

  • Applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout

  • VAT rates are based on your country of residence

  • The total amount including VAT will be displayed before payment is completed
